Grand Rapids, MI - The second phase of this retail center was 20,000
sqft. with a block and steel structure. We started this project in February and had the first tenant space completed for
a June 1 turn over.

This is the first of six offices to be buit in the Hathaway
Circle Business Park. Each office will be 5,000 to 6,000 square feet with brick exterior and a shingled roof.
The offices will be leased or sold as condominiums.

The Hathaway Circle Retail Center is an 8,000 sqft Design/Build project which
may have up to five tenants. The center has a steel structure with a split face block/brick exterior.

River City Plaza Owner:
Ionia Properties-II, L.L.C. (Retail Development Group) Architect: Concept Design Group Location:
Ionia, MI - This was a 6800sqft addition to an existing retail center
using a block and steel structure. What made this a challenging project was the installation of sheet piles on
the north end of this addition to take advantage of the 0 set back zoning with out having access to the neighboring property.

Office Center West Partners Architect: DCS, PC Location: Greenville, MI - Wyngate consists of four 6000 sqft offices, wood structure, brick veneer and shingled roofs,
we have completed the last building.

Gateway Plaza Renovation Owner:
Kentwood Retail Partners, L.L.C. (R.D.G.) Architect: Concept Design Group Location:
Kentwood, MI - On this project we removed the existing facade and extended
the height of the building by adding a steel stud parapet wall with an EFIS finish, new shingles and paint were completed
as well. With careful planning and safety in mind this project was completed in phases in order to keep all existing
tenants open for business during construction.
